We want you to be happy with your cabinets and countertops. This Return Policy explains what can be returned, the condition required, and how to start a return. It applies to products purchased from WoodArt Cabinets at our San Antonio showroom or for local delivery.
You may request a return within 30 days of the pickup, delivery, or purchase date.
Eligible items must be:
Contact us at (726) 300-8438 or [email protected] with your order number. Approved in-stock returns are brought to our showroom pick-up and delivery area at 431 Isom Rd #101 for inspection. If your order was shipped to you, you are responsible for return transportation; please use a trackable method for items over $75, as we can't guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
All returns are inspected for condition before approval. Approved returns are then subject to our Refund Policy, including any restocking fee.
Please inspect your order at pickup or delivery. Report any concealed damage, defects, or missing items within 30 days, with photos, to [email protected], and keep the original packaging. We will repair, replace, or exchange covered items at no charge to you.
You may change or cancel an in-stock order before it is picked up, delivered, or shipped. Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and any deposit on a custom order may be non-refundable once work starts.
