Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your cabinets and countertops. This Return Policy explains what can be returned, the condition required, and how to start a return. It applies to products purchased from WoodArt Cabinets at our San Antonio showroom or for local delivery.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the pickup, delivery, or purchase date.

What can be returned

Eligible items must be:

• Unused and unassembled, in their original packaging.
• In original, resalable condition (no damage, modifications, or missing parts).
• Accompanied by your Sales Order or Delivery Order number as proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned (final sale)

• Assembled cabinets — no returns, no exceptions.
• Custom, special-order, or made-to-order cabinets and finishes.
• Custom-cut or templated countertops (quartz, granite, or quartzite cut to your measurements).
• Installed products — once installed, items are covered by our workmanship warranty rather than returned.
• Clearance and final-sale items.

How to start a return

Contact us at (726) 300-8438 or [email protected] with your order number. Approved in-stock returns are brought to our showroom pick-up and delivery area at 431 Isom Rd #101 for inspection. If your order was shipped to you, you are responsible for return transportation; please use a trackable method for items over $75, as we can't guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Inspection

All returns are inspected for condition before approval. Approved returns are then subject to our Refund Policy, including any restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or missing items

Please inspect your order at pickup or delivery. Report any concealed damage, defects, or missing items within 30 days, with photos, to [email protected], and keep the original packaging. We will repair, replace, or exchange covered items at no charge to you.

Order changes & cancellations

You may change or cancel an in-stock order before it is picked up, delivered, or shipped. Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and any deposit on a custom order may be non-refundable once work starts.
